Executive assistant needed to provide structure and organization for various administrative tasks including job seeking, resume review, authoring executive and personal communications, bill paying and reconciling, researching requests for information on topics like healthcare and insurance requirements, and other administrative tasks. Work from home.
Requirements: excellent grammar and fluency in English, self starter, fast learner, can do attitude, able to create and adhere to timelines. Good sense of humor. College degree or in process is ok. Familiarity with AI productivity and resume review tools a plus.
Will be assisting technology executive who needs a little help getting things started and sticking to a timeline.
