I build log cabin kits. I have over 30 years of experience. I have a small kit for sale. I have access to some quality Engelman Spruce from Colorado. They are about 9 inch average. I build handcrafted hand peeled kits for right around $50 per square foot some sizes and designs are 40 per square foot and some are more than 50 per square foot. The Logs I have will build a 1000 to 1200 square-foot cabin it’ll run about $50,000 for the kit which will include all logs for the walls posts for the porch and Logs for the roof beams the roof logs are just aesthetic only for Show.
