Outside: Brand new Radial Tires. Large patio awning (Entry Side) and Slider (Opposite Side), (awning fabrics need replacing). A few other items might also have to be upgraded or replaced.
The manufacturer, Holiday Rambler -no longer active under this name- proudly emphasized “top-of-the line construction features” like Alumaframe Superstructure for strength and durability; 10-layer roof/six layer wall design for maximum insulation.
These are just vague descriptions. A copy of the original factory list of numerous standard & optional equipment for this RV can be provided for more detailed information. ($8,450 is the suggested base price listed by JD Power, excluding optional equipment.)
In 2003, we bought the above Travel Trailer factory new. It provided us with much enjoyment over the years. We have taken few extensive across-country trips with it. The RV served us primarily as a home away from home while working from time to time on a project in AZ. We maintained it well. It has now been in storage at a commercial RV storage facility in Mesquite NV. We live in Henderson. Since Covid, we have not used the RV, and, due to our advanced age, regrettably, we decided to sell it.
