Half mile from Costco, 2 miles from Utah Tech campus. Pretty central spot in St George.
The House:
Just finished a full renovation - new paint, carpet, lighting, the whole nine yards. You'd be living with 3 other guys, all mid/late 20s. Common areas are furnished, so you'd just need to set up your own bedroom and bathroom.
Your Space:
Private bedroom with your own private bathroom. That's the nice part - no sharing or waiting for the shower in the morning.
What's Included:
$550/month + we split utilities. Laundry on-site. Gig-speed internet with Ethernet in every room (great if you game or work from home). House has a water softener and whole-home carbon water filtration too.
Parking:
Garage parking available for an extra fee if you need it.
What We're Looking For:
Someone respectful who keeps things clean and pays rent on time. No smoking, no pets.
Lease Terms:
6-month lease, $300 deposit. Room's available now.
