Vintage Motel & Swimming signs 1945-1955 Local History - $800 (ivins)

This would have been a sign attached to a wooden billboard along the road they both are 10 feet long and motel 3' tall swimming 2' tall.
These sign were found by fire lake ( ivins resrvoir)
My thought only on these:
Ivins Resevoir was formed in 1918 yes read again 1918! It was along the old arrowhead trail (now old hwy91) Cars would stop eat lunch and swim there. Talking to people who were there at the time told me there was a small motel walking distance to the reservoir. I believe this was a billboard along the hwy to let people know there was a motel and swimming. The back of these have about 100+ nails.The black and white picture was from the time in Ivins when these billboards would have been used.
