The condo is roughly 1200 square feet with updated modern furniture and appliances. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It will sleep 6-8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large master bathroom attached. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a sofa in the main family room that has a hide-a-bed. This unit is an end unit on the top level where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Key will be provided to have access to the elevator for your convenience. Condominium is part of Las Palmas Resort in Saint George, Utah; part of Green Valley Spa and Tennis Resort, a destination spa and tennis facility. The unit has a great view over the valley from the deck.

There are 11 golf courses in the St. George area -- all within 15 minutes and several just a minute or two away.

Accommodations include access to clubhouse facilities including 15 outdoor tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, large lap pool, indoor pool, diving pool, children's wading pool, whirlpool spas, 2 large playgrounds, and outdoor basketball court.

Guests can obtain professional tennis lessons, spa treatments, manicures, pedicures, etc. from Green Valley Spa and Tennis Resort.

The condo is roughly 1200 square feet with updated modern furniture and appliances. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It will sleep 6-8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large master bathroom attached. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a sofa in the main family room that has a hide-a-bed. This unit is an end unit on the top level where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Key will be provided to have access to the elevator for your convenience. Condominium is part of Las Palmas Resort in Saint George, Utah; part of Green Valley Spa and Tennis Resort, a destination spa and tennis facility. The unit has a great view over the valley from the deck.

There are 11 golf courses in the St. George area -- all within 15 minutes and several just a minute or two away.

Accommodations include access to clubhouse facilities including 15 outdoor tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, large lap pool, indoor pool, diving pool, children's wading pool, whirlpool spas, 2 large playgrounds, and outdoor basketball court.

Guests can obtain professional tennis lessons, spa treatments, manicures, pedicures, etc. from Green Valley Spa and Tennis Resort.

This magnificent condo is absolutely beautiful with updated modern furniture and very open floor plan throughout. It will bring the upmost comfort to your stay. The views from the windows and the deck are incredible. It overlooks a beautiful waterfall pool surrounded by palm trees and a playground. Everything will be provided to make your experience very comfortable and we guarantee you will not be disappointed.
The condo at Las Palmas Resort has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed, private entry to deck, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an access to the other full bathroom. There are two twin beds in the third bedroom. It sleeps 6 comfortably in beds with a queen air mattress provided for 2 additional people.
An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and updated appliances. The dining area is located between the kitchen and the deck so you can enjoy the meals from our BBQ grill and/or the stove. There is patio dining furniture on the deck if you enjoy outdoor dining.
The spacious great room with modern leather furniture is a great relaxing atmosphere for the whole party. A large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, plenty of great reading material, and cozy gas fireplace are just a few to mention why this place is unbeatable.
The condo is located on the second floor and an elevator is accessible for your convenience. There will be a key provided for access to the swimming pools within a short walking distance from the unit.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed, a jetted tub and stand up shower in the bathroom, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an access to the other full bathroom. There are two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is converted into a den/office area with a sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 additional people. A queen size air mattress is also provided. The house sleeps 8 comfortably in beds with a sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress provided for 4 additional people.
An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and brand new stainless steel appliances. The dining area is located near the kitchen and the patio so you can enjoy the meals from our BBQ grill and/or the stove. It is located in Washington, Utah, a suburb north of St. George. It makes an ideal place if you want a more of a central location to St. George and Southern Utah�s attraction sites such as Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Sand Hallow Resort, Cedar City�s Shakespeare Festival, etc. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The back of the home faces the undeveloped land with walking trails. Amazing Pine Valley Mountain scenery at the times of sunrise and sunset will be appreciated from the back patio.
